Your mission
  • Management of our implementation projects
  • Coordination of the involved internal and external stakeholders, esp. large insurance companies, service companies, associations and implementation partners
  • Development of the local business model (consideration of market conditions, legal and regulatory framework conditions) in close coordination with the JAROWA headquarters in Switzerland
  • Drafting of the local contractual basis with insurance companies and service providers in close coordination with our legal team and external lawyers on site
  • Coordination of the development of the local business unit (recruiting, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Adaptation and implementation of the JAROWA SaaS solution (entire business architecture including interfaces to the IT systems of our customers) together with the central JAROWA IT team in Zug
  • Support in setting up local service provider networks (acquisition, onboarding, training, service)
  • Support of the pilot phase and handover of the operation to the local management team
Your profile
  • Experience as Project Manager in transformation projects, preferably in the insurance industry or consulting
  • Training in business administration or computer science (Bachelor or Master, min. FH)
  • Strong in operational implementation and assertiveness vis-à-vis internal stakeholders and customers
  • Team-oriented with excellent analytical thinking and structured approach
  • Fluent Italian and very good English skills
