Business Requirements Engineer / Platform Configurator Fintech (80-100%)

Your mission
To extend our ​Swiss operations, we are looking for someone who enjoys analysing requirements as well as business needs and then autonomously configuring solutions for them within our system. You will:

  • work together with the users on the platform to continuously develop and improve functionalities
  • actively develop our business by structuring requirements und implementing functionalities for all involved interaction parties 
  • contribute own ideas for the further development of the platform 
  • configure own specification or specifications by others 
  • preparation and execution of tests (own configuration and within UAT)
  • accompany release process in interaction with developers and integration specialists
Your profile
  • You feel at home in IT and are passionate about processes and software development / configuration
  • You are organised, communicative, have strong analytical thinking skills as well as exceptional conceptual capabilities 
  • You find joy in analysing complex business requirements against an IT framework
  • You enjoy doing process deep dives, proposing new solutions to business ideas and challenging business ideas 
  • You feel comfortable organizing and executing requirements workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have always wished that you could implement some of your ideas yourself
  • You are interested in configurating solutions to your requirements in JSON
  • You are a team-player who likes working with and communicating to multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy testing and accompanying the release process
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
